Fantasy World Maps are saying that it’s time for a new Lord of the Rings style county map! This time it’s the ancient and truly beautiful DORSET!
What else would you like to see added on here? They’ve got most of the main settlements included and now need to fill it with hidden gems – cairns, barrows, anything ancient and wondrous! Any ruins? Places of interest? Even just a beautiful village you think they’ve missed off.

Alistair Boyd’s Funeral Arrangements
Many of you will have heard that Alistair Boyd, late owner of the village shop sadly passed away last week after a long illness. Our condolences go out to all Alistair’s family. His daughter has requested the following details to be published.
His funeral is being held at Weymouth Crematorium on Thursday 16th July.
In the current climate there will be a small private funeral, but the Crematorium offers a live link to the funeral should you wish to be with the family in spirit as they say their goodbyes.
