Broadwindsor Community Film Club

Friday, 16th July at 7.30pm. Broadwindsor’s Film Club are extending their invitation to include guests at their next film ‘Ammonite‘.

Ammonite (15) is directed by Francis Lee. Filmed in Lyme Regis, set in the 1840’s, acclaimed but overlooked fossil hunter Mary Anning (played by KateWinslet) and a young woman (played by Saoirse Ronan) sent to convalesce by the sea develop an intense relationship, altering both of their lives forever.

It only costs £20 a year (£15 if you’re over 65 yrs.) to join Broadwindsor’s Film Club. Not only do you get free entry to the public showings, you can borrow the DVD too.  Ask Emma or Margaret for more information.
