MUGA Now Open For General Use

The Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) next to the school is now open 🙂
Naturally, because of Covid-19 there are rules to be adhered to:

  • All use the facility at their own risk.
  • No more than 6 people at a time to use the facility.
  • Maintain Social Distancing.
  • Users are responsible for their own hygiene – Sanitiser will be provided at the gate.
  • No food allowed.

Cllr. David Leader commented: “These rules will change fairly shortly as the Government has announced that contact sports will be allowed  but we will change the rules when we have read them in detail.”

On the subject of the children’s play area in Bernards’ Place, Cllr. Leader said: “I will be in touch soon about the play equipment at Bernard’s Place, all of the equipment needs repair work done to make it fit for purpose. We are going to have a work party very soon to get the stuff done and then it can be opened.”

The MUGA can be booked to reserve a time slot – by email: mugabroadwindsor@gmail.com or by text message to: 07867 608652.
