Earlier today, a Dorset County Ranger together with a volunteer fitted a new metal gate up Lewesdon hill. An advantage of this new gate is that it has a self-closing mechanism π
There is a field gate to go in next to it soon. A project kick started by local farmer and Parish Councillor, Andrew Frampton, the National Trust will be completing the fencing.
