No Dogs At Hursey Sports Field Please For Two Weeks!

Broadwindsor Parish Group Council issued a request this evening: “You may have noticed that there are now some lovely sheep grazing on the Sports Field – they are doing a great job of eating the grass to bring it back to a manageable level. It is anticipated that they will be there for about two weeks.
With the easing of restrictions, the Parish Council feels that the time is right to prepare the field to be used more widely for sport and other types of active recreation, so that it can be enjoyed by all.
The Parish Council kindly asks that while the sheep are in the field, that dogs are not exercised there. This is just for a short, temporary period and dogs and their owners will be welcomed back shortly. Thank you for your co-operation.
