Off To The Post Office!

The Post Office Outreach service is open at the Comrades Hall this morning from 10am – 12.30pm and your dog is welcome to come in with you 🙂

The Comrades Hall Management Committee met on Tuesday evening and discussed, at length their first item on Matters Arising: Whether dogs be allowed into the Comrades Hall or not.  This had been prompted following both the theft of and then the defacement of a second ‘No Dogs Allowed’ sign that had been put in place in May.

The motion was finally carried that well behaved dogs, on a lead would be welcome into the Comrades Hall, ground floor only (not when food being served) and the dog remained the total responsibility of the owner.

Weymouth was credited with being the 5th most dog friendly towns in the UK – with so many dog owners in the village, it is good to see Broadwindsor welcoming them too 🙂

Thank you too to our models: Haley, Harry & Dora!
