Poetry in Motion

Slowly, albeit very slowly, people are cautiously (some foolishly not so) beginning to move around more.  At the beginning of May (Can you remember? It was very much like April.) Margery Hookings asked for people to contact her and submit two lines of words expressing what the lockdown in our village has specifically meant for youYour lines could be about things you’ve missed during this crisis or what has kept you going. Strange things. Wonderful things. Unexpected things. Your lines can be as sad, funny, banal or interesting as you like. The lines won’t be attributed to individuals so you can also say what you like, within the confines of decency and taste. of course!

Please send them to Margery, either by email or direct message her via her Maddie Grigg Facebook page so she can put them together into a poem.
