Save The White Lion – Almost There!

The crowd funding campign to Save the White Lion pub currently stands at £23,300 after receiving £5,000 match funding from ‘Power to Change‘.

Yesterday, a promotional video featuring David Leader with contributions from others living in the community, made by David Rose of Dorset Videos, was released to help push the campaign to its £30,000 target. There are 21 days remaining.

In charge of the fund raising campaign is Committee member Richard Dyke who commented: “Thank you so much for your generous donations. Within a short space of time, this has already helped raise a significant proportion of the funds we will need to reopen the White Lion.
