Due to the new restrictions of social distancing in effect from Monday, 14th September 2020, two village meetings have been cancelled. Up until the weekend, gatherings of 30 people are permitted. This reduces drastically to only six people from Monday.

Broadwindsor Community Stores was due to have their Annual General Meeting on Thursday, September 24th at the Comrades Hall. The Shop’s Committee will be in touch with members in due course about the business matters that were due to have been covered at this Meeting. Notices will appear on the noticeboard outside the shop.

Broadwindsor’s Fun Group was due to hold an Extraordinary General Meeting on Thursday, October 1st, also at the Comrades Hall – this too has been cancelled. Members have been contacted. However, if anyone not yet a member has creative ideas or suggestions and would like to be involved for the proposed Fun Day next year (Saturday 12th June 2021) – you are invited to contact bwfunday20@gmail.com.
