The Bridport and Lyme Regis News reports:
There are now more than 260 confirmed cases of coronavirus in Dorset.
Ten new cases have been confirmed in the Dorset Council area overΒ the past 48 hours, bringing the total to 136.
The are 12 confirmed new cases in the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole area over the same period, bringing the total to 127.
Overall, there are 263 confirmed cases of Covid-19 in the county.
Results were not updated yesterday, which is why the figures are over a 48-hour period.
Some people who report symptoms are not being tested – they are not included in these figures and therefore the number of cases is likely to be much higher.
As of 9am today, 232,708 people have been tested, of whom 60,773 tested positive.
As of last night, of those hospitalised in the UK who tested positive for coronavirus, 7,097 have died.

In order to keep our staff and patients as safe as possible, we have been trying to get hold of some disposable scrubs for our Clinical Team to wear when seeing patients to avoid cross contamination between patients and to avoid the member of staff wearing potentially contaminated clothing home to their families.
Unfortunately our order from our supplier could not be fulfilled, so we were hoping through the power of Facebook that there may be someone who knows of any vets, dentists or anyone else that may be able to donate some spare scrubs to us!
If you are able to help, we would greatly appreciate it!
Contact the Practice on 01308 861938 and ask for Jemma or Tracy. Thank you.
