Hello Everyone!
I am pleased to announce The Fabric Larder’s doors will be opening again on Wednesday 24th, Thursday & Saturday.
Apologies for lack of communication, but you have all been keeping me busy with internet, telephone & local deliveries.
I sincerely hope you are all well and have been able to cope with this time of lock-down and the challenging days & weeks at times.
HERE is what is happening..
  • I will let two people in at the shop at any one time.
  • Please use the hand sanitizer before you start to shop.
  • If you have a face mask, please wear one.
  • Use the shopping baskets provided & leave your bags by the till area.
  • Please try not to touch things unless you want them. This is extremely difficult when it comes to fabric, I know. But if you need to know the price I have an exceptional memory when it comes to fabric print so, just point & I can tell you.
  • Follow the Flamingo Tape on the floor for the one way system!
  • If you need wadding or fabric from the bolt, I will collect it, cut it & take it to the till area for you.
  • I will except cash if it is the correct amount as well as Contact-less & Pin payments,
  • PLEASE BRING your own shopping bags. Many of you are so good at this already, Thank you 🙂
  • Please be considerate if others are waiting outside.
  • IF you know what you need I can sort it out for you. Call me on 07486 062343. I am doing deliveries again on Friday 20th and Monday 23rd June. You can also order online & on the check out at the last section, when it asks for payment, select ‘Pay In Store‘ & leave a message in the box underneath to let me know if you want it dropped off or if you will collect it.  You will receive a refund for your postage costs tallied on your bill on collection/ delivery.

No Dogs At Hursey Sports Field Please For Two Weeks!

BW Parish CouncilBroadwindsor Parish Group Council issued a request this evening: “You may have noticed that there are now some lovely sheep grazing on the Sports Field – they are doing a great job of eating the grass to bring it back to a manageable level. It is anticipated that they will be there for about two weeks.
With the easing of restrictions, the Parish Council feels that the time is right to prepare the field to be used more widely for sport and other types of active recreation, so that it can be enjoyed by all.
The Parish Council kindly asks that while the sheep are in the field, that dogs are not exercised there. This is just for a short, temporary period and dogs and their owners will be welcomed back shortly. Thank you for your co-operation.
