Comments & Communications.

When visitors leave comments on the site (Note: Comments are disabled on the website and only refers to comments on social media sites Facebook and Twitter.), we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service* to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service Privacy Policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/.  After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment. The Site does not currently use the Gravatar service.
*A Gravatar (GRA) is a Globally Recognized Avatar. You upload it and create your profile just once, and then when you participate in any Gravatar-enabled site, your Gravatar image will automatically follow you there.

The Site has the right to remove any comments made on it’s social media pages if deemed inappropriate or compromises  privacy issues. While it is understood that people commonly express disdain or disagreement by threatening or calling for violence in non-serious ways, any language that incites or facilitates serious violence will be removed.  You should not post personal or confidential information about others on the Site’s social media pages without first getting their consent.

Your Personal Information may be used to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information only if you have provided consent for us to do so.

Media.

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies.
