- Maintaining good relations with Landlords, Tenants and Contractors
- Handling Telephone enquiries
- Diary and Database management
- Responding to emails
- Raising works orders and processing invoices
- Managing, booking and attending property visits
- Processing rent payments
- Deposit dispersal
KEY SKILLS:
- Good level of customer service skills – verbal and written
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
- Self-motivation and the ability to work within a team
- High level of computer proficiency including Microsoft Office
- Full driving license and use of own vehicle required
EXPERIENCE:
- Property management experience
- High level of computer literacy including experience of software packages (training will be provided)
