There are a few seats remaining for Broadwindsor & District Horticultural Society’s day coach trip to RHS Rosemoor, a public display garden run by the Royal Horticultural Society in north Devon (EX38 8PH).

The first trip since before lockdown, this Sunday, 9th October, the coach will leave promptly at 9am from the Comrades Hall (DT8 3QP), returning from Rosemoor at 4pm.

Broadwindsor and District Horticultural Show – Monday, 29th August

The village’s Annual Horticultural, Handicraft and Homecraft show is on the Bank Holiday Monday, 29th August at the Comrades Hall. Open to the public from 2pm.

It is free to enter your exhibits*, or you can become a BDHS member for just £2.
Open to all amateurs irrespective of residence.
Show schedules are available from the Broadwindsor Community Stores.
Entry to view show entries on the day £1 (children free)
Refreshments, cakes and cream teas all available. A Raffle will be held.
Prizes, shields, cups and trophies all to be won 🙂

*Closing date for entries – Friday, 26th
