Weldmar’s Christmas Treecycle

Weldmar Hospicecare’s Christmas Treecycle is back, where you can book a collection for your real Christmas tree, in return for a suggested minimum donation of £10 per tree. More HERE.

Collecting from:

  • Weymouth, Portland, Beaminster, Sturminster Newton, Gillingham, Shaftesbury – Saturday 11th January 2025
  • Dorchester and Bridport – Sunday 12th January 2025
  • Blandford and Sherborne – Monday 13th January 2025

These are the postcode areas they will be collecting from. Please do not book if you do not live in one of these areas!

  • DT1, DT2, DT3, DT4, DT5, DT6, DT8, DT9, DT10, DT11, SP7, SP8

If you need any further help, or have additional questions about a booking you have made , please call Weldmar’s Fundraising Team on 01305 261800 during office hours.

Weldmar are always on the lookout for people to help with collections this coming January who could either drive their own van or truck on a collection route, or be navigators and additional helpers to assist with loading up the trees. You’ll need to be fit and able to move trees up to 8ft tall onto and off vehicles. If you can help or to find out more – click HERE.

Santa Visiting Broadwindsor – 6pm, Saturday, 9th Dec.

Thanks to the Rotary Club of Brit Valley, Santa will be visiting the village again 🙂 He usually parks in the bay by the primary school, opposite the allotments.

The image above shows other Christmas visit dates in and around Bridport and this is only the first of his planned visits – there are more to follow… he’s a hard working man is Santa – please show your support!

Weldmar Hospicecare’s Christmas Treecycle is almost over. You can book a collection for your real Christmas tree, in return for a suggested minimum donation of £10 per tree.

  • 🌲 Booking closes on Wednesday, 5th January
  • 🌲 Collection on Saturday, 8th January

Don’t sit and look at it – enrol in the Weldmar Hospicecare Tree recycle project and it will be collected from you on Saturday 8th. Its quick and easy….You can complete the form online HERE or you can telephone 01305 261800.
Most importantly, ALL MONEY RAISED WILL GO DIRECTLY TO WELDMAR – so please support your local hospice.  THANK YOU.
