Support For Dorset Residents

If you don’t have anyone who can support you through the new National Lockdown and/or you are unable to leave your home – Dorset Together can help.
Tell Dorset Council what you need through their online portal HERE.
Or telephone the Dorset Together helpline: 01305 221 000.

Help is available if you are experiencing financial difficulties or are feeling stressed or worried. Whether it’s paying the rent or mortgage, keeping up with bill payments, redundancy, free school meals, benefits, mental health or relationship support, speak to someone now.  Dorset Council are working together with Dorset Citizens Advice, and often a chat with a specialist adviser is enough to set you in the right direction.

Call the Dorset Citizens Advice line Freephone on 0800 144 8848 or Textphone 0800 144 8884.
All advice is free, confidential and impartial. Citizens Advice will not charge you to call the helpline but if you use a mobile, your service provider might do.
