The principal aim of the Broadwindsor Group Parish Community Land Trust is to provide a small development of affordable housing for rent to people with a direct connection to the villages within this Parish:
- Blackdown
- Broadwindsor
- Burstock
- Drimpton
- Hursey
- Kittwhistle
- Seaborough
They are now in a position to offer 15 new homes at Netherhay, Drimpton which are due for completion in June 2023.
To be eligible for one of these new homes, you must be registered with, or apply now to, Dorset Council Housing Register – Click HERE. Be sure to notify them of your interest in this CLT housing development in Drimpton.
Members of the CLT committee*, along with a representative from Abri, one of the largest housing association based in the south of England, will be available to show you the plans, tell you more about the project and to answer any questions you may have on the two following days in Drimpton and Broadwindsor:
- Saturday, 25th March, 10.30am – 12 noon at Drimpton Village Hall.
- Monday, 27th March, 7 – 9 pm at Broadwindsor Comrades Hall.
